Impact Global Church is a Spirit-led ministry currently serving the North Dallas area, with a clear assignment to win souls, make strong disciples, and release Spirit-empowered believers to advance the Kingdom of God. Founded in California in 2022 by Pastor Paul and Pastor Jacqueline Konadu, Impact Global exists to see lives transformed through the power of the gospel and the manifest presence of God.

Pastor Paul Konadu and Pastor Jacqueline Konadu are a devoted husband-and-wife leadership team with a clear calling to see the Kingdom of God advanced through bold gospel preaching, strong discipleship, and the manifest power of the Holy Spirit. Together, they lead with unity, conviction, and a shared burden to raise believers who are rooted in truth and released for Kingdom impact.

Founded in 2022, Impact Global began as a ministry with a singular mission: to win souls, make strong disciples, and release Spirit-empowered believers to advance the Kingdom of God. The ministry has operated continuously since its founding and currently serves the North Dallas area, igniting hearts with a passion for God and building believers who are spiritually mature, doctrinally sound, and equipped to walk in authority.

Pastor Paul has served faithfully in ministry for many years, equipping believers to walk in bold faith, pursue intimacy with God, and live out their God-given purpose. His ministry is marked by clear, uncompromising preaching of the Word and a deep reliance on the Holy Spirit to confirm that Word with power. Pastor Jacqueline brings strength in biblical leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care, carrying a heart to strengthen families, empower leaders, and cultivate spiritual growth across generations.

His ministry emphasizes the authority of the believer, bold faith, and spiritual maturity, equipping disciples to walk in victory and produce lasting fruit.

Pastor Jacqueline Konadu is a gifted minister and leader with a heart for discipleship, spiritual formation, and pastoral care. She brings strength, wisdom, and strategic insight to the leadership of Impact Global Church, helping to cultivate strong families, empowered leaders, and spiritually mature believers. Her ministry champions growth, wholeness, and obedience to God’s call across every generation.
